My name is Symphanie Lynch, and I grew up in Baraboo, Wisconsin — right next to Reedsburg. While earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, I worked as an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) technician at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), a program that offers “diagnostic services, individualized treatment programs, and ongoing support for children and teens with autism spectrum disorders.”
After about two years at WEAP and completing my undergraduate studies, I decided to continue my education at Alverno College to pursue a career that combines my two passions: psychology and education.
I began my training and career in 2023 as a school psychologist at the elementary level in the Unified School District of Antigo. In the summer of 2025, I made the decision to move back home — and I’ve truly been in awe of the community, students, families, and staff here in Reedsburg. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so "at home" — both literally and metaphorically — in a district.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and animals. I live in the township of Baraboo and love visiting Devil’s Lake State Park, kayaking, hiking, and doing all things artsy.
