All RRPS students must have a current immunization/shot record or an exemption certificate as required by the New Mexico Department of Health in order to attend school.
Parents can help by giving their child's current and updated shot record to the School Nurse.
Please direct all immunization concerns/questions to the School Nurse.

If your child's physician has entered your child's shot record in the State of NM Immunization System,
you can create an account to get their shot record.
