ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025/2026 SCHOOL YEAR NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED
BY JUNE 12th, OR THE STUDENT'S SCHEDULE WILL BE DROPPED UNTIL COMPLETION
SCHEDULE PICK UP DATES AND TIMES
There will not be a "Schedule Pickup" this year. Instead, all schedules will be released on the first day of school. If your student has not done the following by June 12th, their schedules will be dropped until everything is completed. If you are missing any of the items below, you will be contacted by email. If you have completed all tasks, you will NOT receive an email.
Online Registration must be completed
Proof of Residency and/or Address Verification forms must be turned in.
Any expired legal documents must be updated and turned in.
Any fees and fines must be paid (or items returned).
Any outstanding Immunization records must be turned in.
All returning students will register through their Parent PowerSchool.
If you do not have a Parent PowerSchool account, please stop by the front office to request a Parent PowerSchool Letter or email the Registrar at noel.chavez@rrps.net for letter information. This is the only way to register your students, please do NOT register as a "New Student."
All incoming 9th grade students that are currently enrolled in a RRPS middle school are considered "Returning Students" rather than a new student.
Please DO NOT enroll these students as New Students. Instead, register your student through your Parent PowerSchool account.
All incoming 9th graders will need to provide a Proof of Residency before their registration will be completed and a schedule is given. This is a District Policy for all students starting in a new school. Proof of Residencies that are accepted are as follows: water, gas, electric, mortgage or lease bills that are current. You will be able to upload these at the time of your online student registration.
New Students, those coming from other districts or states, will be able to enroll your students through rrps.net under New Student Registration.
If you have been in a RRPS school before, but your student is NOT currently enrolled in RRPS, you will still need to register as a New Student.
Before enrolling online, please be prepared to upload the following documents: Proof of residency, Proof of Age (Birth Certificate or Legal Guardian Docs), Immunization Records, IEP or 504 documents if applicable, and a transcript or report card. If these are not loaded at the time of online registration, you will not be able to go back and upload later.**
ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS ON February 27th, 2025 for the 2025-2026 School Year. You should receive and email on that day, please follow the instructions and register your students as soon as possible. Online Registration needs to be completed by June 12th, 2025 in order for your student's schedule to not be dropped.
