Q & A about Chromebooks
Q. My Chromebook stopped working, will not power on, etc. What if there are problems that are due to the overuse of the Chromebook? (one key is gone, the webcam stopped working, the sound stopped working, etc.)
A. Submit a ticket to bit.ly/RRPSTicket and our IT department will get it fixed for you.
(Middle and High School Students can fill out their tickets)
B. Ask a teacher to submit a ticket on your behalf.
Q. Broken Screen, missing keys, physical damage to Chromebook (dropped, kicked, etc.), lost, stolen
A. If you have insurance, submit a ticket to IT, and we will fix it for you. Please mention that you have insurance in the ticket
B. I don't have insurance, now what? Fill out the Technology Online Payment Form After you fill out this form, you will get a follow-up email to enter your Credit Card information and pay online.
Q. What if I don't want to pay online?
A. You can take your payment to the school's bookkeeper or admin assistant and they can give you a receipt.
