Respect: We respect eachother, ourselves, our coaches, and the school/equipment. I use the locker room to change and I do not eat in it or in the West Gym. I keep my hands to myself and am ready to listen and respect my coaches. My phone is not on me at practice.
Clothing: I wear running/athletic clothing with tennis shoes. I do not need to wear spikes/uniform to practice. I will be prepared by brining indoor and outdoor clothes as the weather is ever changing in March. If it is 30 degrees or above, we will likely go outside and I need proper clothing.
Water/Bathroom: I will bring a water bottle to practice and use the restroom before 3:30 to minimize interruptions during practice.
Attendance: My parents (or myself) will email Coach Dybowski with known absences for practice or meets. I will check in with my attendance leader every day.
Growth Mindset: I believe that I will be successful. I will listen to my coaches and try my best to improve. Making good choices helps ensure I will succeed. I will complete the workout even if I stop for a quick break.
Injury: I will notify my coaches right away if I am hurt or injured. I realize that I may be sore and need extra stretching on my own which isn't the same thing as an injury.
