*Students are chosen for invitationals based on performance at meets/timed trials/ throws/jumps at practice.*
*Students need to wear their uniform to each meet. If you are in a relay, all relay members need to match (so if it is cold and you want to wear long sleeves underneath, you'd all need to have the same color).
*jewelry needs to be removed for meets*
*Students can wear spikes or tennis shoes to compete. Looking for spikes? Check out Second Sole in Lakewood*
*Students have to be at school for at least a half of a day in order to compete. Plan appointments accordingly*
