Meet Mrs. Wagner

Patricia Wagner

    Hello my name is Patricia Wagner and I will be your child's teacher,  I am very excited to be teaching preschool this school year. I look forward to working collaboratively with you,  the amazing preschool team, and fantastic related service providers (SLP/OT/PT) to provide your child with a high quality preschool experience.

         Let me tell you a little about myself. I grew up near Youngstown, Ohio. I received my bachelor of science in education and my general education license for grades Pre K-3rd grade from Youngstown State University. After graduating in 2005, I moved to Cleveland and worked for Head Start for 7 years as a teacher and administrator providing intervention and prevention services for under served children and their families. In December 2012, I completed my graduate degree at Cleveland State University, in curriculum and instruction with a licensure as an intervention specialist for grades Pre k-3rd grade. This will be my 14th year teaching for Rocky River City School District.

    I have been blessed with a wonderful family. My husband Shane and I have been married for 19 years and we have a delightfully funny little girl named Lucy who just turned 14 in July. Some of the things we enjoy are swimming, kayaking,  and snuggling up to watch movies together.

Once again, I am very proud to be apart of your child’s preschool experience this school year. I will work hard to make sure that I am providing differentiated instruction based on assessment data to insure that every child receives individualized learning experiences.
