Implementing the Restorative Framework for Accountability and Support at Revere High School requires that adults, especially teachers, counselors, support staff and administrators, have an understanding of student behavior that is guided by current research on adolescent development. One cannot talk about restorative practices in isolation from other key frameworks that shape our understanding of how educators can support positive youth development for our students.
