Use the lists below to choose a tool based on what you'd like to accomplish. The slideshow beneath that explains most of the tools in more detail. This page does NOT include tools that might be specific to just one particular subject area. Teachers are, of course, welcome and encouraged to continue using whatever tools they already use. This list will be updated regularly.

These tools allow you to create a screencast, which is a recording of what is on your computer screen. You can record your voice along with the screen-recording.
Quicktime (on your Mac)
These options allow you to create a simple of yourself- perhaps for a simple greeting, or to explain something. You might also use these tools to show something tangible to students (such as a worksheet, artwork, or science lab tools).
This might be stating the obvious, but the best tool for this is likely whatever you already use to take pictures/selfies - your phone!

Since our faculty and students already have G Suite accounts, please use Google Meet for this.
