Your surveys are handled for you.
You don't have to remember to ask for a review. Once a deal goes firm, Lesley sends your client a 121QA satisfaction survey. If your client completes it and gives permission, that testimonial lands in your 121QA archive ready to publish. No agent action required to trigger it.
One-time setup on your end: whitelist emails from surveysupport@121qa.com so alerts land in your inbox, and bookmark your personal login link the first time you get one. That link is unique to you. If you lose it, Lesley can pull it from your office's agent roster.
Where this goes live: when you publish a testimonial, it appears on your personal agent profile page on royallepagenoralta.ca, not a general office page. This is your page, your reviews, front and centre for anyone who searches your name. For example:
Publish to your rlpSPHERE® website.
Here's how to get a testimonial from your 121QA archive onto your WEBSITE:
Log into your 121QA Survey Archive. Look for testimonials marked with a star. That star means the client gave you permission to publish.
Click the comment to open it, and copy the text.
Log into rlpSPHERE® at rlpnetwork.com.
Go to Web & IDX, then Website Content, then Testimonials.
Click + Add Testimonial. Enter the client's name, paste the testimonial, click Add.
Toggle the testimonial on and add a star rating. This is the step that actually makes it visible, saving alone doesn't publish it.
Check your live agent page to confirm it's showing.
If you haven't yet...
Claim your Google Business Profile.
This is the highest-leverage thing on this page. Nearly all of your potential clients search online before they call anyone. Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing they see, and it works for you around the clock.
Reviews count double. Ask happy clients to leave a Google review on your personal profile and on the Noralta office profile. Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and Fort Saskatchewan need this most right now.
Names matter. A review that mentions your name by name, not just 'great service,' helps you and the office rank in Google search and get pulled into AI search results. Ask clients to mention your first name.
Pick one. Running both means asking clients twice for the same thing, which creates friction instead of trust."
RankMyAgent: free basic profile, direct REALTOR.ca integration, paid tiers add extra visibility features. Free at the tier most agents need.
RealSatisfied: survey and testimonial platform, links to REALTOR.ca via Vanity Key, free Lite only through select partnerships and capped at 3 testimonials, Agent Pro starts $15-19/month. Paid platform unless partnership applies.
Keep your Facebook Business Page claimed with reviews turned on. This works differently than the platforms above. It's not about search rankings, it's about your referral network seeing a happy client's words in their own feed.
If you're doing nothing yet:
121QA plus your website testimonials plus Google is the strongest foundation you can build. Everything else on this page is enhancement, not requirement.
What it is: A searchable knowledge base built specifically for this topic. Every source we've used to build this page, the 121QA guides, RankMyAgent, RealSatisfied, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, is loaded into one place agents can actually talk to.
How agents use it: Type a question in plain language. The answer comes straight from the source guides, with a citation showing exactly where it came from, not a generic answer pulled from general internet knowledge.
Try it: "How do I get my Google reviews showing on my rlpSPHERE site?"
