Audiology (AuD) - doctors who specialize in hearing & balance disorders

Dentist (DDS or DMD)

Nurse (RN, NP, CRNA) - patient advocated responsible for the caring and monitoring of patients, communicating with doctors, and administering medicine. Different levels of responsibility based on training

Occupational Therapist (DrOT) -treat patients who have injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities

Optometrist (OD) - diagnose and treat visual problems and manage diseases, injuries, and other disorders of the eyes.

Pharmacist (PharmD) - dispense and prepare prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions.

Physical Therapist (DPT) - help injured or ill people improve movement and manage pain

Physician (MD or DO)

Physician Assistant/Associate (PA-C) - diagnose and treat illness and disease, prescribe medication for patients in collaboration with MD or DO

Podiatrist (PDM) - doctor providing medical & surgical care for the lower extremities (foot, ankle, lower leg)

Public Health - professionals who address systemic factors that impact an individual's health
