Printing

Starting in the 2018-2019 academic year, teachers and staff will send most print jobs to the copy machines.

• Training will be provided by staff.
• Copy machines are located in the staff lounge/workroom.
• Make copies
• Scan to email
• Retrieve your saved print jobs
• Print to the MFD from your Windows computer

We have building area laser printers.

• Please do not print class sets - toner replacement is limited to one cartridge per printer per academic year.
• If you need to add a printer, you can.

Print Services is also available for larger print jobs and is more economical.

We use Printer Logic.

• Located on the bottom bar of your computer (see image below).
• Find Robertson and open.
• You can then choose to add a printer from the map.
• Click on the printer from the map.
• Choose 'Install Printer'.
• You may not have rights to add every printer on campus.
• Color printer - restricted use.
• You may use the staff computer in the teacher lounge to print in color.
• You may not use the color printer in the principal's office.
