New Student Registration

Welcome to RRISD and Ridgeview! 

New Student Enrollment

Pre-Registration for New Student Enrollment for 2023-2024 school year is open through May 26.  The form will be closed from May 27 - July 4 and will reopen on July 5. Please visit roundrockisd.org/enroll for additional enrollment information.

After you have completed the online enrollment you will need to bring the following information to our Registrar:

1. Last Report Card or Withdrawal Form from the previous school

2. A current Immunization Record

3. Proof of Residence in the form of a lease or mortgage agreement

4. Birth Certificate

5. Social Security Card 

Returning Student Annual Forms

Returning Students are required to complete the annual forms in August. A SnapCode will be sent to the primary guardian email address we have on file on August 1.  

In-District Transfers 

If you are requesting an In-District Transfer, the application window is open through May 19.  Visit https://roundrockisd.org/parents/student-transfers/ for more information. 

Out-of-District Transfers

If you are requesting an Out-of-District Transfer, the application is open until May 19.  If approved, you will complete the online enrollment form.  This form will be closed May 25 through July 9 and will reopen on July 10.  Please visit https://roundrockisd.org/out-of-district/ for more details.

If you have a new address, please email a copy of one of the following documents as proof of address to Jill Strode:

Withdrawing

Are you moving or planning on withdrawing your student from Round Rock ISD for the 2023-2024 school year?  If so, please notify us by completing our Withdrawal Notification Form.  

Choice Sheets

Once you have completed your registration, you will want to complete the 2023-24 Course Selections form. Course descriptions are available on the form and you can also view them in the Middle School Course Catalog.
