IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 2021/2022 7th GRADERS

News from the Nurse

Students are required to have the following immunizations before entering 7^th grade:

• 1 dose Tdap (if an immunization containing tetanus has not been received in the last 5 years)

• 1 dose meningococcal vaccine (MCV4)
