My Name is Lexi Carney. This will be my 14th year teaching elementary school and my third year at Elsa England. I am so excited to be your child’s fourth grade teacher. I grew up in a little town in Northern California and then moved to Austin during high school. I attended the University of Texas, where I received a Bachelor’s in English and then went on to pursue my Master’s in Elementary Education from Texas State University. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Mike for seventeen years and we have two children, Lily (15) and John (13). I also have a cat named Leo and a dog named Scout. In my spare time I love to spend time with my friends and family.
