Referral and Testing

Each year our referral meeting occurs in the fall (usually early November) and parent/teacher nominations for TAG testing opens soon after for a multi-week window with testing following in the spring. Please watch LME e-news and principal Monday emails to watch for these exact dates. They will also be posted on my webpage. If you are transferring to RRISD from another district in which your child was receiving gifted services, please let us know. You will need to have paperwork that shows testing measures used and which services were rendered in order to receive services in the 2021-2022 school year.
