At Cedar Valley students and families are important to us.
Parents wanting to meet with the counselor should contact the counseling administrative assistant Mrs. Beal, or contact the counselor directly via email or voicemail to schedule an appointment.
Students are welcome to stop in our offices before or after school, at lunch, or during the school day with a pass from a teacher. Students are also welcome to email or call their counselor. If you have an emergency, please let us know so that we can assist you immediately.
Whether you've been having a tough time lately, have a friend you want to help or are trying to figure out how to bring up your grade in a class, your school counselor is here to listen and offer support.
Middle school counselors are here to support you academically, socially and help you work towards the college and career path of your dreams. Talking with your school counselor can help you work towards managing stress and anger, deal with conflict or even help you talk with a teacher.
School counselors practice confidentiality. Confidentiality does not extend to harm to self or another person.
