All students are eligible for a letter jacket once they've earned 300 points for choir. Please read and follow the steps below to see if you're qualified.
Open the Letter Jacket Calculator (LJC) (it will automatically make a copy for you)
Rename the LJC to your first and last name
Enter the numerical equivalent for each event you have completed during the school year
If you earned 300 points, email the completed LJC sheet to Ms. Kupecki.
Once approved, you will receive an email informing you of the dates for the Letter Jacket fittings.
Don't have enough points for a jacket yet? That's ok! keep the form and add points each time you've completed a listed event.
We do letter jacket orders once a semester. I am unsure of when the fall semester order is, but the spring semester orders usually around March. Please check with Ms. Kupecki for when those orders happen.
Each jacket is custom made and takes around 6 weeks for production. This will vary depending on holiday schedules, shipping availability and customization. Jackets are shipped to the school and will be delivered by your directors.
Students / Parents are responsible for the cost of the jacket and any patches for customization. All payments, disputes and questions go to Varsity SSR Letter Jacket Company. The directors only approve the award of earning the jacket, delivery and will setup fittings.
