It is with great pleasure that I welcome you and your child to our kindergarten class. I hope your summer has been a pleasant one and that everyone is ready for a wonderful year of working and learning together. I am looking forward to the opportunity of having your child in my classroom this year.

My husband and I have been married for 16 wonderful years!! We have two beautiful children that keep us busy and active. I am a graduate from Texas State University-Go Bobcats. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, church activities, singing, and playing golf. This will be my sixteenth year of teaching and my seventh year at Cactus Ranch. I feel blessed to be working with such a wonderful community of educators, parents, and children. I am passionate about teaching and excited to get this school year underway.

It is very important to me that your child has a positive and enjoyable learning experience in kindergarten. It is my goal to create a classroom community in which every student can succeed and excel. I value your opinions as a parent, and understand that it is important for us to communicate and work together to support your child’s growth and learning. I am truly looking forward to building a relationship with you and your child.
