Mr. Rodriguez

Hello! My name is Colby Rodriguez and I am excited to join the Fine Arts team as a new music teacher here at Elsa England! This is my third year teaching and I am so excited to be here.

I am originally from Cedar Park, Texas. I started my career early by enrolling in middle school band. I credit my learning to Cara Vernon and Robert Herrings to where I am now. I graduated from Vista Ridge High School and promptly started my music education degree at Texas State University, San Marcos. During my high school years, I received many awards for outstanding musicianship and leadership. I hope that I will be able to help the lives of many young aspiring musicians in their journey to learning the joys and wonders of playing and experiencing music. 

I hope that this year is a fantastic one and I look forward to all the musical experiences everyone of my students will have!
