• Closed session starts at 7:30 p.m. and Open Session at 8:00 p.m.

There will be a question and answer session with the public from 6:30 to 7:15 on questions the community may have on the Proposition 39 process. At least one RVC board member and a non-board officer will be there to informally answer questions. This Q&A session is being held to have a more informal information exchange than is possible during a board meeting. It will not be part of the board meeting. The meeting norms listed in the agenda will apply and if they are not maintained, this Q&A session will end.
