There will be a question and answer session with the public from 6:30 to 7:15 on questions the community may have on the Proposition 39 process. At least one RVC board member and a non-board officer will be there to informally answer questions. This Q&A session will be an experiment in information exchange and hopefully allow for a more informal discussion with the public, as RVC continues to evolve. It will not be part of the board meeting. The meeting norms listed below will apply and if they are not maintained, this Q&A session will end.
