Find resources with ideas about your topic.
Read / watch your resources.
Make notes on the ideas - focus on being critical, which ideas you agree with (and why), and which do you disagree with (and why)?
Create a plan for your essay (or artefact).
Use your critical notes to produce a draft essay (or artefact).
Respond to your feedback to produce your final essay (or artefact).
Give a presentation on the process.

You will need to reflect and review your work as you go along - this is a really important part of the HPQ. You will complete a production log, and your teacher will advise you on which pages need completing, and when.
