Completing your log

You should save a copy of the production log in your HPQ folder. It is advisable to complete the relevant pages as you go along - your supervisor will help you with this.

You will submit your Production Log as part of your HPQ, and so it is really important to ensure that you complete it as fully as possible.

As you will see, certain sections need to be approved before you move forward.
