Encourage them to apply to the Westpac Young Technologists Scholarship, which is specifically designed for recent high school graduates who are passionate about STEM and want to take their studies to the next level. This scholarship is a unique opportunity to strengthen their passion and expertise in technology and inspire new ways of thinking.

The scholarship is valued at $20,000, with $15,000 over three years going directly to cover your child's course fees, learning materials, or living expenses; plus $5,000 to travel to Singapore to attend the Disruptive Leaders Program and learn how technology can be used to tackle pressing global challenges!

They will also receive access to internships, networking and mentoring opportunities, as well as lifelong membership to the W100 Alumni Network.

Up to 35 Young Technologists Scholarships are awarded annually in partnership with five leading Australian universities for approved STEM-related degrees.

Catholic Education Scholarship 

Indigenous Student Leadership  

The Catholic Education Scholarship for Indigenous Students is a perpetual scholarship for the Catholic education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. This Scholarship will be offered to 1 male and 1 female Indigenous student enrolled in Year 10 at a Catholic Secondary College in the Diocese of Rockhampton to encourage their completion of Year 12 studies.

The Scholarship will be $2,000 for each student, and payable to the College where the student is enrolled.

$1000 will be paid at the beginning of Year 11, with

$1000 paid at the beginning of Year 12.  Funds are paid directly into the school account and should be used specifically for educational purposes i.e. School fees.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for this  Scholarship, students must be:

• Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander descent

•Currently  be  a  Year  10  student  studying  in  a Catholic College within the Rockhampton Diocese

•Intending to complete year 11 and Year 12 in a Catholic College within the Rockhampton Diocese
