Leia Browning began teaching in 2004. After coming to Rockwall HS in 2012, she has become increasingly excited to work in the world of a cappella. She is the Education Manager for the National A Cappella Convention and the Repertoire and Resources Chair for Contemporary / Commercial Music for the Southwest American Choral Directors Association.

Walk the Line began competing in 2016 and became National Finalists in 2017. In 2022, they returned to the Finals stage and were awarded 2nd Place. In addition to competition, Walk the Line has produced 2 albums, was featured on BOHSA 2019 and 2020, Voices Only 2019, and has been nominated for 8 CARA awards. They won Best High School EP in 2022.

Leia is a member of TMEA and TCDA and enjoys working with groups from all across Texas. She attended TVC’s NextLevel Direct seminar in the summer of 2018, and often teaches workshops and masterclasses around the DFW area.
