Perform & Compete

Groups wanting to perform or compete at Acatex 2025 neeed the following:

1. An unlisted video performance of your group of up to 3 songs.
   
   These do not have to be the same songs you will perform. You can choose to use mics, stage, etc. or you can just take a video of your group standing and singing. Videos will be judged based on singing and musicality, not visuals.
   
   

2. A group bio, group photo, and indicate whether or not you are wishing to compete or perform a pre-show set.

You will be able to link your website or social media pages at this time so we can tag you in promos leading up to the festival.

3. To indicate whether or not you will request a refund of your deposit if your group is not granted a slot to compete in prelims.

All groups select to perform at Prelims on Friday night will be notified by November 10.
