How to Join the Eagles Esports Team

Step 1: Sign Up

To join the Eagles Esports team, students can click the link below to fill out the interest form, contact the eagle esports coaches, or attend one of the Recruitment Sessions that take place at the end of the school year for the Fall Season and at the end of the 1st Semester for the Spring Season:

Recruitment Events

• May – Fall Season Recruitment

• December – Spring Season Recruitment

At the recruitment sessions, students will receive:

• condensed student handbook

• practice structure

• full VHSL practice schedule (if available by VHSL)

Step 2: Review Your Materials

All players will receive essential documents that explain the expectations of the esports program, including:

• Permission Slip (must be signed by both student and guardian before staying after school)

• Esports Handbook

• Fundraiser Information

Step 3: Stay Connected

Staying informed is a crucial part of being on the team.

All esports players must have the StudentSquare app downloaded on their phone or have mystudentsquare.com bookmarked.

• Weekly updates

This is also the primary way for students to communicate with coaches regarding:

• Absences

• Schedule changes

• Match availability
