Set Building/Painting: This usually happens on Saturday. We always need help in this area (whether you have experience or are just good at following instructions!) We ALWAYS need help building on Saturdays. Please email bhs-musical@gmail.com or just come on in! We will put you to work!
Meal Coordinator: TBA This person monitors the perfect potluck site to be sure the necessities are covered and to coordinate set-up and break down on Thursday and Friday of show week
Banquet coordinator: TBA This person monitors the perfect potluck site to be sure the necessities are covered and to coordinate set-up and break down on the final Show/Sunday
Selling Concessions (benefits band): 2 or 3 more each show night
Seamstresses: 2-3 people that have sewing experience to alter existing pieces. Email Rachel Herrick at rherrick@rockingham.k12.va.us
Selling Chocolate and Flowers: 2 parents/show to sell chocolate "kisses" and flowers before the show and during intermission.
Anything As Needed: Not sure? We always need extra help for meals, and organizing the banquet and various other errands. There can never be too many!
Other (special skills ex. hair/make-up, front of house/box office etc): Let us know what your special skills are, we can always use some help in areas that may not be as obvious.
