RCHS Students Now have Access to Digital Reading Platform / eBooks!

Every RCHS Student has an account with Junior Library Guild Digital, sponsored by the RCHS Library. If you have trouble or need help logging in, please contact Ms. Joanie for assistance! Accounts for the 2023-24 school year will be updated soon. Please see the "Student Resources" tab for instructions on how to access your individual account once those are activated.  

Mission Statement

The mission of the Rockcastle County High School Library Media Center is to provide:

Reading materials for a variety of purposes (research and recreation)

Curriculum content for a variety of formats (print and non-print)

Help to students and staff to become efficient and effective users of information

Support for the total school program through the selection, evaluation, and purchase of materials and equipment.



A school library fosters critical thinking, collaboration, communication & creativity.

The RCHS Library serves students in grades 9-12. If you need help with research, revising your writing, finding a good book to read, creating a media project, or solving a technology crisis, visit the library in-person or virtually! You will be amazed at how much the RCHS Library Media Center has to offer!
