**Please note all classes require a credit. If you are signing up for a free class, please grab the meeting plan to register.
Appointments is how our system classifies private sessions. This includes private yoga and Cocoon Wellness Suite sessions.
You can book an appointment by contacting our team or by visiting the appointments section of our app. New members may use the Cocoon session credit located on the Book Now page.
Currently, we operate on a credit system. Each credit gives access to one class or service. As we expand, we are planning to offer monthly packages that combine services.
Classes:
1 Class - $20 (Drop-in)
5 Classes - $85
10 Classes - $160
Cocoon Suite:
1 Cocoon Session - $30
5 Cocoon Sessions - $127.50
10 Cocoon Session - $240
Private Yoga:
1 Session - $75
4 Sessions - $240
Sales are a unique process as some features work through the app, and others do not. To combat this issue, we will create a page on our website when we have a sale. Whether you are a new or existing member, this is where we encourage to purchase those offers.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Athletic wear is ideal for yoga and wellness fitness classes. For the Cocoon Wellness Suite, wear something that you feel relaxed in. It's important to choose attire that helps you feel at ease and ready to fully engage in your wellness experience.
App Questions
In-app class purchases can be somewhat of a puzzle at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be a pro. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process:
Open the app and ensure you are on the Home page tab.
Find and click the button that says "Memberships."
Upon opening, all active memberships will be listed.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Add New Membership."
This will take you to a web portal where you can complete your purchase.
Follow these steps, and you'll have your membership set up in no time!
Our in-app social thread is a great way to connect with fellow LoveHala members, similar to Facebook and Instagram. Here's how you can use it:
Post Photos, Text, and Videos: You can share your experiences, wellness tips, and more by posting photos, text, and videos. It's a space for members to interact, ask questions, and offer support.
Announcements: We use this platform to make important announcements specifically for our members, ensuring everyone stays informed about the latest updates and events.
Connecting with Members: Even when we're not together in person, the social thread allows us to stay connected and engaged with the community.
Guidelines: Please note that this is our in-house communication channel and not a crisis help line. We have guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful environment. You can find more information about these guidelines in the documents located in your account settings.

Policies
At LoveHala, we have adopted a book-in-advance model to ensure a more equitable environment for both instructor preparation and class attendance. While we appreciate sharing our practice with as many people as possible, this model helps us maintain quality and consistency. Although we may accommodate walk-ins if necessary, this is not our standard practice.
Registration:
All classes and Cocoon Wellness Suite visits must be booked at least 2 hours before the start time.
Private yoga lessons must be registered 24 hours in advance.
Event policies can vary, but generally, they follow one of the two policies above.
Cancellation:
Cancellations for classes and Cocoon Wellness Suite visits are accepted up to 6 hours before the start time. This can be done in the app.
Private yoga lessons follow a 24-hour cancellation policy.
