The 2959 CW Tech Robotarians are a 501(c)(3) registered organization, meaning donations to our team qualify for proportional tax deductions.
Thank you to all of our past and current sponsors! We greatly appreciate any and all contributions to our team.
If you wish to become a sponsor to the CW Tech Robotarians, the typical path is through a monetary contribution. If you feel that you have some service, material, or location that you would like to provide for the team instead, we are just as open - though you will need to contact us via our email, cwtech2959@gmail.com, to propose your donation and receive other documents for the purpose of recording the transactions. In terms of monetary donations, please address all checks to CW Tech or CW Tech Robotarians.
For a monetary contribution, the CW Tech Robotarians currently utilize the following form to demonstrate our tier system:
*Please be aware that the awards and volunteering events listed are constantly changing as a result of our volunteer efforts and in-progress seasons, so the information may not be always up-to date.
We have four defined tiers, all dependent on the quantity of funds donated. Each tier compounds upon one another, meaning awards from the tiers prior are always awarded to those of greater monetary significance.
Bronze tier donations are those of 100 dollars and higher, and they will result in your company's logo on our team banner, which is located in our pit at competitions.
Silver tier donations are those of 500 dollars and higher, and they will result in your logo on our team banner as well as on our robot itself, where it will meet the field of play as well as all community events wherein the bot is brought.
Gold tier donations are those of 1000 dollars and higher, and they result in your logo on our team banner, on our bot, and on the back of our team shirt, where it will be displayed at all of our events - community outreach and competition alike.
Platinum tier donations are those of 2000 dollars and higher, and they will result in your logo on our team banner, on our bot, on our team shirt, and on our team trailer, where our bot is placed and transported to competitions. There, your logo will be displayed loud and proud both when we travel and when we make an appearance.
Our team is a 501(c)(3) certified organization, meaning all donations qualify for tax deductions

Our students are all versed in giving presentations to any and all potential sponsors who wish to contribute to our team. We encourage you to consider reaching out for a sponsorship presentation, as it provides an opportunity for you to hear more all about what your provision will do for us as a team and what robotics is all about while likewise giving students the opportunity to practice their public-speaking skills in a more professional setting. If you decide to reach out to us to provide a sponsorship, consider asking for a presentation as well! We will work with you to establish a proper meeting time that works within both of our schedules.
We wish to stay in contact with all our sponsors, showing you what your contributions have helped flourish! Keep a look-out for our sponsor nights as well as our future newsletter, which will soon be able to be accessed freely from this website. Likewise, feel free to drop by our home-base at Ausco Products in Benton Harbor and check out for yourself our activity.
Thank you to our sponsors!
