Menstruating women who fulfil the criteria below are invited to join several 1-hour meetings/koreros with similar people to talk about their experiences.
Menstruating women who fulfil the criteria below are invited to join several 1-hour meetings/koreros with similar people to talk about their experiences.
If you fit the following criteria, you are invited to take part in this study:
You have a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis
And you are over 40 years old with irregular periods and/or menopausal symptoms (e.g. hot flushes)
Or you are under 40 years old and have gone through spontaneous early menopause
I am especially interested in talking to those who are often left out of research including:
Women of colour
Sexually or gender diverse people/takatāpui
Ethnic minorities
Indigenous women/wāhine Māori
Groups will meet 3 times to allow for rich discussion. Groups will meet face-to-face in places convenient to partipants or virtually online.
