Will participants receive any koha?

Participants will be offered a $20 gift voucher for each meeting attended.

What is the time commitment?

Participants will join a 1-hour meeting/kōrero with a similar group of people about their experiences. Groups will meet 3 times, to allow rich discussion, and will be face-to-face in places convenient to participants, or virtually online, depending on preference. There may also be time spent on activities outside of the group meetings. 

What if I do one workshop, and I don't want to do any more?

If you decide to participate, you have the right to: 

• Decline to take part in conversations or tasks related to the research 

• Leave the group meetings at any time 

• Choose to stop participating in the study at any time during the group process  

• If you choose to stop participating during the group process, you can ask for your talk to be removed from the transcripts and not used in the research. 

What if I have to travel?

• Travel will be funded to and from an allocated venue for the face-to-face group discussions if required.
