Class Schedule

Rainy Lake Gymnastics Academy offers a recreational gymnastics program for youth aged 18 months to 18 years.

The season runs September through April.

Online registration for the 2023-2024 season will be open the week of August 14th, 2023.

This fitness program is for all athletes of any sport, not only gymnasts. Athletes will gain strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance to enhance performance in their sport(s) of choice
