ABOUT US
History
In 2018, a group of passionate parents, volunteers, partners, and interested individuals met to discuss and determine need, interest, and capacity for a local gymnastics club in Fort Frances. This group formed a Board of Directors when the Rainy Lake Gymnastics Academy was incorporated in December 2018. Less than a year later, in October 2019, the RLGA launched a recreational gymnastics program for over 200 youth aged 2-18. This would not have been possible without the support of our founding sponsors & donors, Fort Frances GM, the Town of Fort Frances, KidSport and the Northwestern Health Unit, 93.1 The Border, the Fort Frances Times, dedicated volunteers, and the entire community.
