All runners joining us for the 2025-2026 season will need to be added to the team Remind.
Make sure you have provided your own personal email as well as a parent's email on the season interest form! We will contact you prior to the first summer practice!
Cross country is a 5-6 day a week sport. You will train hard. This includes distance work, speed work, hill work, and strength and conditioning.
Long distance running is hard work, so we celebrate our toughest workouts. Building a culture where training is infused with as much fun as possible enhances our running success.
Student athletes are held to the highest standards on and off the course. With the support of your team and coaches you will learn skills to be a leader and role model at WPHS.
