Head Coach
Hello! I'm Lauren, a runner of 20 years, specializing in endurance events (the marathon is my favorite!). After a rewarding season coaching Track & Field, I am excited to be Head Coach of the Cross Country team!
In addition to coaching, I'm a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition and a certified fitness instructor. I love empowering athletes both on and off the course, also coaching my kids' teams and helping them find a love of the sport.
My goal is to help athletes develop not only their physical endurance, but learn how to fuel properly to take care of their bodies for the long term. With the help of Coaches Chloe and Amber I can't wait to watch our athletes progress and break some PR's this season!
Assistant Coach
Welcome! I am Coach Chloe, and this will be my second season with WPXC. I ran cross country in high school and have a lifelong love for the sport! I love working with our athletes and watching them grow as runners and people. My goal is that not only our athletes hit PRs, but learn tools for longevity with running and and form lasting friendships with this incredible team! Happy trails!

¡Bienvenidos! I am a Spanish teacher on campus and assistant coach for WPXC. I am so excited to be returning this season to work with our amazing athletes! I ran cross country in high school and have always had a love for being active. I have competed as an adult at a variety of shorter and longer distances, but am currently working on improving my half marathon time and am looking forward to running CIM in 2026! It is my goal to help our athletes grow as leaders on and off the course as they continue to improve as runners. I am looking forward to continuing to add to our team and running a lot of miles together!
