Mr. Watts has been teaching band and orchestra for 24 years, 17 of which have been in Riverside Unified. During his years he has presented at professional development conferences and at CASMEC. In addition, he was the conductor of the RUSD Middle School honor band in 2023. He has also conducted an Elementary Honor Band in both Riverside and Upland for the past 12 years. As a trumpet player, he has played for Disneyland and Warner Brothers. He loves to play jazz, brass quintet music, and the symphony greats like Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky.  He is married to Gail Watts and they have 3 children. In his spare time he likes to walk golf courses and mock himself!
