Orientation was held on Friday Sept 11th, 2026 in the schoole cafeteria. We shared planned sessions for the year, including our first session for Hispanic Heritage Month! For our new volunteers, we went over what the program is about, the materials available and how to get started in your classrooms!

Session Tracker (once you decide on a date with a teacher, add your session to this form to reserve materials)
Presentations - Use the MTM google site to find and download artist presentations along with their activities
Art Supplies - Where to find bins for special sessions and general art supplies
Schedule a Class Session with your Teacher
Fill out Session Tracker with Date, Artist and Materials;
Verify materials are available 3-5 days before (non-kitted); shop for gaps
Notify Teachers at least 2 days in advance of all Volunteer Names
Pick up Materials on DAY of Session; Return Same Day
Take Pictures during session (verify media release forms)
Return all extra supplies, ready for next volunteer
