Transcript Requests

Former students - To request a transcript from RHS please follow this transcript request link and follow the directions on the form. Your request can be sent/faxed to Mrs. Smith in the guidance office. You can also pay a small fee to have it electronically transferred through Parchment. The parchment fee is currently $4.15.

Current students - To request a transcript for applications, please fill out this transcript request form and bring it to Pam in the guidance office. You can also use parchment if you are a senior. You have been emailed a link to parchment.com. Through this you can set up an account and Pam can electronically send a transcript. This is quick, easy, free and preferred method. BHC transcripts - If you need to get a transcript form Blackhawk with your Dual credit classes on it follow this link. You will have to order your transcript through BHC.
