Our Safeguarding Champions have had their first meeting!
The students discussed what safeguarding means to them, what makes them feel safe and what they worry about. At the next meeting we are hoping to put together a child-friendly safeguarding policy that students can understand easily and give them a more in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and how to stay safe
During the spring term we met with our chair of governors ( Rakesh) to update him on how we feel about safeguarding in Riverbank.
