partnership with   Grapevine 

On the 11th of November, we (Dennis, Alex, Connor, Sharday and, Kacey Lee) met with Molly and Chloe from Grapevine. They told us a bit about themselves and showed us some pictures of what they had done to support students with SEN in Coventry. 

We talked a bit about ourselves, what we liked and what we didn't like. And what mattered to us. We came up with lots of things that mattered to us such as our families, friends, lessons and interests.

We met a few more times and talked about transition and what it means to us  . 

We are looking forward to our next session with the group to plan what we are going to do to make changes.
