As Founder and CEO of RiseWorks, Devin O’Connor leads with a vision to redefine recovery and return-to-work through purpose-driven partnerships. With more than 15 years of experience in workforce development and inclusive employment, he has built RiseWorks into a results-focused organization that bridges the gap between recovery, community impact, and meaningful work. Devin holds a Master of Education in Human Development from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, combining a deep understanding of human potential with strategic business insight. He is passionate about creating systems that empower people to rebuild confidence, restore purpose, and reenter the workforce stronger than before.

As Director of Operations at RiseWorks, Bryan leads with strategy, innovation, and a deep commitment to helping people return to meaningful work. With over a decade of experience in workforce development, program design, and career coaching, he excels at building partnerships that connect community needs with real employment opportunities. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of South Florida and is known for his data-driven approach and bilingual communication skills, ensuring every RiseWorks initiative runs efficiently, inclusively, and with measurable impact.

As Director of People at RiseWorks, Sashy leads with compassion, strategy, and a deep commitment to helping others reach their full potential. With extensive experience in workforce development and professional coaching, she specializes in creating supportive environments where individuals can grow, contribute, and succeed. Sashy holds a Master of Education from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida. She believes that while everyone is responsible for their own happiness, true success comes when people lift each other up to achieve their goals.
