RiseWorks was born from over 15 years of proven success through our nonprofit, The Grow Group, which has helped thousands of individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment and purpose through work. We’ve seen firsthand how purposeful activity accelerates recovery, boosts confidence, and keeps people engaged during challenging transitions.

With RiseWorks, we’re bringing that same model to the workers’ compensation world. Our program partners with employers, insurance carriers, and TPAs to place injured employees in safe, temporary volunteer roles with local nonprofits — helping them stay active, connected, and focused on recovery while giving back to their communities.
