When an injured worker is unable to return to their regular job, RiseWorks partners with insurance professionals, employers, and nonprofit organizations to create meaningful light-duty placements that benefit everyone involved.

1. Referral & Coordination

Smooth intake process and clear communication from day one. We receive a referral from a workers’ compensation company, TPA, or employer and gather details about the injured worker’s abilities, restrictions, and recovery goals. 

2. Customized Placement

Personalized placements that promote recovery and restore confidence. Our team matches the worker with a vetted nonprofit partner where they can perform safe, purposeful work suited to their skills and medical restrictions. 

3. Oversight & Documentation

Simplified case management and transparent progress tracking. RiseWorks manages all communication, supervision, and documentation—providing consistent updates and outcome reports to insurers and employers. 

4. Recovery Through Purpose

Faster recovery, reduced costs, and stronger community impact. The injured worker stays active and engaged while supporting meaningful community initiatives. The nonprofit receives valuable help, and the insurer benefits from measurable results.
