Our work in the remaining three weeks of class will serve the Research Paper/Project by
The remaining three classes will be devoted to Writing (research paper/project), reading (Aesthetic Animism, or other compelling reading you recommend), and Roundtables (8-9 students each week, briefly presenting and then discussing research work-in-progress).
Instead of presentations, we will have a roundtable of 75 minutes on 5/2, 5/9, and 5/16. Each roundtable will have 8 or 9 participants. I will moderate the first. Participants will briefly present their work-in-progress (from a 1-page document, object, or single slide). There will then be a discussion among participants, with questions from the audience. The objectives of this exercise are to forward your articulation and thinking in relation to your research paper/project, and to share ideas. You can sign up here.
