General Raffle

• This promo is open to all active RingCentral Manila employees

• Participants must use the new RPeople Referral Tool via “Boon” and must adhere to the Global RPeople policy to qualify

• This is a points-based system. Points are not cumulative; referrers will earn points based on the latest status of the referral’s recruitment stage

• This promo only applies to the featured position/s included in the promo matrix

• Each point earned is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry

• An electronic raffle will be conducted 2-3 weeks after the promo period, points will be tallied using the new referral tool Boon.

• Only referrals made within the promo period will be included in the raffle

• Total of 5 (Five) winners will be announced on the day of the raffle draw

  • Three (3) winners of iPhone 16

  • One (1) winner of iPhone 16 Pro Max

• Winning referrers must be active employee during the awarding and claiming of the prizes
