The RPeople was powered by Recruitday in 2019, and transitioned to Talemetry by Jobvite last of 2022. From the manual submission of referrals in Recruitday, RingCentral improved the process by having automation and adding options on how to refer using the employee's social media accounts. 

By June 30, 2024, Talemetry will end its operation and will be transitioning the referral process to a brand-new tool. As the RPeople Team value your feedback regarding the current platform, we are making huge leap to improve the user experience of the employees when referring.

An intelligent referral platform that provides an authentic, automated and engaging referral program to find better talents without any legwork. By using this brand-new referring tool, employees can see real-time updates regarding the status and the application stage of their referral. 

The new referring tool also provide the ability for the employees to easily track their incentive rewards and in the future, the employees can also see their points whenever RPeople have on-going promos.
