Vendor Registration is OPEN! 

The Tiered Levels for Sponsors 

Gold Tier $5000 

• Logo on conference promotional materials (examples include emails, social media posts, logo in online platform, logo on website, closing letter)

• Logo on staff and volunteer shirts 

• Logo on all tables at lunch (ex: tent cards)

• Promoted on one social media post 

• A dedicated presentation time in a sponsor presentation room 

• One page ad in newsletter distributed to attendees

• Vendor table included; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $200 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 2 staff members included

Silver Tier - $2800 

• Logo on conference promotional materials (examples include emails, social media posts, logo in online platform, logo on website, closing letter)

• Logo on all tables at lunch (ex: tent cards)

• A dedicated presentation time in a sponsor presentation room

• Half-page advertisement in newsletter distributed to attendees

• Vendor table included; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $300 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 2 staff members included

Bronze Tier - $1500

• Name listed on conference promotional materials (examples include emails, social media posts, logo in online platform, logo on website, closing letter)

• Quarter-page advertisement in newsletter distributed to attendees

• Vendor table included; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $400 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 2 staff members included

Vendor Tier $800

• One vendor table; if additional table(s) are desired, sponsor will pay $800 per table

• Breakfast/Lunch for 1 staff member included

Please know we are limited to a total of 8 maximum Gold and Silver Sponsors

Registration for Tiers must be completed at least two weeks before the conference
